best application in which you can create rules to receive an email to
particular folder automatically, so you can easily track the emails. There are many features in outlook which
makes it best from others here I am

while you send email no need to type your info in footer, out of office
template sometimes we are on leave from office and want to send reply o emails
then you can create a out of office template and it till send automatically
when you receive any email so that person notify that you are not in office and
revert on email once you back, the one feature is awesome which is email
scheduling in outlook you can schedule the future email which will send
automatically at exact time these are sample features of outlook. Now I will
tell you how to solve outlook problems.
